Our Services
Day Program

Community Resources & Support (CRS) The CRS program supports adults and seniors with intellectual/developmental disabilities through day services. Devenir operates two CRS programs: CRS Choice and CRS Legacy. CRS Choice is a community-based day program that allows participants to choose from a variety of active recreational and social activities, volunteer and educational opportunities, life skills building, art and music, and community outings. CRS Legacy is a center-based day program that allows participants to engage in leisure and recreational activities, life skills building, music and art activities, and more. Both programs are designed to engage participants and offer a personalized, goal oriented program that aligns with their personal goals and interests.
Employment Services

Devenir’s Employment Services team provides training, job placement services, and retention support to help job seekers with disabilities increase their levels of self-advocacy, success in the workplace, and independence in the community. Programs offered include Supported Employment Program (SEI), Ticket to Work, Internship, and Vocational Rehab.
Cleaning Services

We get it. You are busy with a million things on your "to do" list. You and your loved ones operate at your best when your home is clean. Devenir is here to help you by taking the cleaning off your “to do” list making it easier for you to navigate successfully through your day.
Supported living

We comply with “Home and Community Based Services" (HCBS) guidelines. We assist with a variety of community activities and experiences providing opportunities while promoting an We assist in developing a sense of identity of self-worth, starting and maintaining friendships. Support person served in the following skills: personal hygiene and dressing, eating, drinking, using the bathroom, cooking, money skills, physical exercise, care and upkeep of apartment and provide opportunities for making choices.
After School support

After-school program for special needs offers school-aged children with developmental disabilities academic support, enrichment activities, and help to develop the skills and self-esteem that this underserved population needs for success in life. Families rely on Devenir to provide services that enable children with developmental disabilities to learn so that when they are in the classroom or on their own, they have the skills needed to absorb and process information.
Host Home

People in our Host Home program are able to participate to the best of their abilities in everyday activities of home and family life. They can learn new skills, discover new hobbies, and explore their community–all while receiving the support they need. With round-the-clock guidance from our expert team, Devenir provides a safe and fun home for each individual we serve.
Respite

Respite care is care provided by a trained person that temporarily relieves parents or caregivers from the day-to-day care they provide to individuals with disabilities. It can be provided in the family’s home, in the home of the respite provider, or in a specialized facility, depending on the needs and preferences of the family or individual.
