About the Role
Provide critical daily support services
Support people with disabilities in community settings
Tracking progress on goals and filling out paperwork
Transporting clients to appointments or hanging out with them at the company office
Community outings
Be willing to work 1 Saturday a month
Attend all company training
Devise, plan, and implement job coaching strategies
Assess clients' wants and needs
Provide help and guidance for clients who are facing different professional challenges
Notice clients' strengths and instruct them on how to make the best out of their strengths
Provide assistance and guidance to clients who need help with their everyday work activities or some new tasks
Discover clients' motivation and help develop their skills
Present and teach job-searching skills and techniques
Counsel clients on fine-tuning work habits/skills in preparation for competitive employment
Assist employees with disabilities
Keep track, oversee, and document clients' progress
Uphold a positive work environment
Requirements
Must be 18+ years old (required for transporting clients)Â
Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
Use personal vehicle, when necessary, to transport clients (We pay for mileage from the client’s home and back)
Must pass a background check
